描述 Description

The EM85F763N is an 8-bit microprocessor designed and developed with low-power, high-speed CMOS technology. It has an on-chip 16K Bytes Flash Memory. The debug function is built in EM85F763N chip. User can read the program code from OCDS port and monitor the on-chip register status, memory and program trace log on computer.

Digital peripherals
• 1-set I2C, share pin with Elan’s UART
• 2-set UART: 8051’s own UART and the other one is Elan’s UART which shares pin with I2C.
• 18 I/O pins. Each of them supports pull-high, pull-low, normal drive/sink, high drive/sink control functions
• Two standard 8051 16-bit timer/counter (TC0, TC1) with four operation modes (Mode 0~3)
• Two general-purpose 8-bit timers with seven modes including Timer, Counter, Capture, Window, Buzzer, PWM and PDO (Programmable Divider Output, TC3 and TC4)
• One set of complementary PWM, /PWM with 16-bit resolution.

• Provide 6 ROM breakpoints, 1 IDATA/XDATA/SFR register breakpoint.
• Provide emulation instructions (such as free run, step into, system halt, wake-up, reset, etc.), inspection memory and registers information.
