描述 Description

The EM16F314N is a 16-bit, low-cost, high performance MCU equipped with brushless DC motor driver. The architecture of the MCU kernel is a powerful 16-bit Harvard structure, which has a 16-bit data bus, a 16-bit program/RAM address bus, and hardware multiplication and division. It can implement complicated algorithms for future applications. The EM16F314N has various communication interfaces that can connect to other devices, such as I2C, SPI and UART. There are several peripherals in the EM16F314N, including RTC, Timer, WDT, SPI, I2C, etc. The EM16F314N offers normal, green, and sleep modes. Green mode has lower power consumption compared to Normal mode. The timer that performs various PWM operations operates at a maximum resolution of 48 MHz and is provided with several functions including a PWM (complementary PWM × 2 channels) output function with dead time, a 6-phase PWM output function with dead time, and a DC inverter real-time output function. The timer can also control inverter. The MCU is designed as a cost-effective processor offering optimized performance and is ideal for DC motor driving applications.
