描述 Description

This configurable signal conditioning IC provides sensor signal amplification, digital compensation, and linearization for sensor signals. Configuration and calibration
information is stored in the embedded E²PROM. Extended self diagnostics and the SENT interface make it a perfect fit for the new generation of automotive electronic control units. A programmable amplifier processes wide full scale input ranges of (3..400)mV and sensor offsets of ±250% FS input range can be compensated. The subsequent ΔΣ-ADC feeds the linearization engine which computes compensation for the sensor’s temperature dependence and non-linearity.
