DTA114ECA是电阻内置型晶体管。由于内置了偏压用电阻，因此输入侧无需外接电阻即可构成逆变电路。
特性 Features
• Built-In Biasing Resistors, R1= R2= 10kΩ
• Built-in bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors (see inner circuit) .
• The bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to allow negative biasing
• of the input. They also have the advantage of completely eliminating parasitic effects.
• Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making the circuit design easy.
