描述 Description

The DIO61826A is a high-efficiency, high-frequency synchronous step-down DC-DC regulator IC capable of delivering up to 4 A output currents. \
The DIO61826A operates in forced PWM, in which the device maintains continuous on mode operation and maintains extremely low output voltage ripple in the whole load range. \
The DIO61826A has a fast transient response feature. The device operates over a wide input ranging from 2.5 V to 5.5 V with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. The DIO61826A can deliver an output down to 0.6 V with a feedback voltage of ±6 mV accuracy over -20°C to 85°C junction temperature.
