描述 Description

Murata’s new DCM20 multifunction meters monitor DC current, voltage and power in one small, easy to install package. Voltages from 0.5VDC to 72VDC are displayed with 0.01V of resolution. The DCM20 measures current using an external shunt resistor. The meter's firmware can accommodate a wide range of external shunt resistors ranging from 5A to 1200A through DIP-switch settings on the meter's rear face. Power is calculated as the product of measured voltage and current. The large, 0.36 [9.2 mm] LED digits can be easily read from up to 15 feet [3m] away. Four bright LED annunciators indicate which quantity is currently being displayed - voltage, current or power - as also whether the displayed power is being displayed in watt or kilowatt units. All decimal point selectin is handled automatically by the meter. The measurement to be displayed is selected by a touch-sensor button on the meter's front panel. The meter may also be set to automatically and continuously cycle through all three measurements.The meter is housed in a compact polycarbonate case which only occupies 2.1” [53mm] wide x 1.43” (36mm) high panel footprint and extends only 0.51” [13mm] front the panel mounting surface. Electrical connections are made via rugged screw terminal connectors on the meter’s back face.
