深度图像传感器

D001 是一款拥有像素自主设计专利的直接飞行时间（Direct Time-of-Flight，DTOF)深度图像传感器，具有高精度、高分辨率，低功耗，小像素尺寸等特点。该芯片采用全局曝光，像素阵列分辨率为 100×80，实际分辨率取决于发射端光斑的分辨率。该芯片使用SPAD阵列进行单光子测距，使得其可以在发射平均功率大幅降低至 15mW 的情况下保证至少 5m 的探测距离。芯片内部采用小于70ps 的高精度时钟，确保测距精度小于 1cm（或<1%误差）。 • 像元尺寸: 25μm x 25μm\n• 芯片感光面积：2.5mm×2.0mm\n• 精度：1cm 或 <1%\n• 硅基工艺;
