描述 Description

The CS1812 is a family of p-type EMI filter array devices with integrated electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. The CS1812 has a cut-off frequency at -3dB attenuation of 110MHz and is ideal for applications with high data rates up to 44Mbps. CS1812 guarantees better than -35dB (typical) attenuation over desired frequency range and achieves high rejection at critical frequencies, e.g., -35dB at 800MHz and -40dB at 1GHz (typical), respectively. CS1812 ensures EMI filtering and ESD protection simultaneously for high-speed data ports and control lines, such as LCD display and camera interfaces in mobile handsets.
The integrated ESD protection diodes provide robust ESD protection of 15kV (contact) under IEC 61000-4-2 and 30kV Human Body Model (HBM) per MIL-STD-883 (Method 3015).
The CS1812 comes in space saving, low profile, 0.40mm pitch uDFN package and is available in lead-free packaging.
