描述 Description

The CS1802 is a family of p-type EMI filter array devices with integrated electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. The CS1802 has a high roll-off frequency at -6dB attenuation of 400MHz and is ideal for applications with high data rates up to 160Mbps. CS1802 guarantees better than -25dB (typical) attenuation over desired frequency range and achieves high rejection at critical frequencies, e.g., -30dB at 1GHz and -40dB at 2GHz (typical), respectively. CS1802 ensures EMI filtering and ESD protection simultaneously for high-speed data ports and control lines, such as LCD display and camera interfaces in mobile handsets.
The integrated ESD protection diodes provide robust ESD protection of 15kV (contact) under IEC 61000-4-2 and 30kV Human Body Model (HBM) per MIL-STD-883 (Method 3015).
The CS1802 comes in 0.40mm pitch uDFN package, which saves up to 42% board space compared with 0.50mm pitch uDFN packages.
