描述 Description

The C8051T326-GM MCU features an on-board universal serial bus (USB) 2.0 function controller with an integrated transceiver and on-chip clock recovery. No external resistors, crystal, voltage regulator, EEPROM or other components are required for USB applications. The MCU includes a powerful 8051 core with 48 MHz performance along with 16 Flash and 1.25 RAM. On-chip analog features include a — ADC, voltage reference, a ±1.5 internal oscillator, 0 comparators and a temperature sensor. Integrating multiple communication interfaces along with rich analog in a 5x5 mm, QFN28, the C8051T326-GM provides a truly single-chip solution for embedded USB applications.
