描述 Description

The BGU8062 is, also known as the BTS3001M, a high linearity bypass amplifier for wirelessinfrastructure applications. The BGU8062 is equipped with fast shutdown to support TDDsystems. The LNA has a high input and output return loss and is designed to operatebetween 1.5 GHz and 2.7 GHz. It is housed in a 3 mm × 3 mm × 0.85 mm 10- terminalplastic thin small outline package. The LNA is ESD protected on all terminals.
