3D TOF传感器

AX3010 是一款拥有像素自主设计专利的 Time-of-Flight(TOF)深度图像传感器，具有高精度、高分辨率、低功耗、小像素尺寸等特点。该芯片采用全局曝光，像素阵列分辨率为 320×240。其特殊的像元设计提供了在全局曝光下优秀的自适应调制功能，从而显著减小了固有噪声和暗电流噪声。多频率多种积分时间的工作方式保证了较好的测量精度，并同时具有 30fps 的系统帧率。用户可根据不同的应用需求选择低功耗模式和高性能模式。系统的切换工作模式减小了在调制过程中的固有测距偏差，并提高了系统测距的一致性。单个像元的输出为 10bit 距离信息，并通过 LVDS 接口高速输出。时序控制模块通过 S • 像元尺寸: 5.6μm×5.6μm\n• 分辨率：320×240\n• 芯片尺寸：3.5mm×2.8mm\n• 可编程控制:\n• 全局快门：是\n• 支持输出格式：12bit\n• LVDS并行输出接口;
