描述 Description

The AWS703808 family of microprocessorsupervisory circuits monitors system voltages from0.4 V to 5 V, asserting an open-drain RESETNsignal when the SENSE voltage drops below apreset threshold or when the manual reset (MRB)pin drops to a logic low. The RESETN outputremains low for the user-adjustable delay time afterthe SENSE voltage and manual reset (MRB) returnabove the respective thresholds.The AWS703808 device uses a precision referenceto achieve 2.5% threshold accuracy for VIT ≤ 3.3 V.The reset delay time can be set to 20 ms bydisconnecting the CT pin, 300 ms by connecting theCT pin to VDD using a resistor, or can be useradjustedbetween 1.25 ms and 10 s by connectingthe CT pin to an external capacitor. TheAWS703808 device has a very low typicalquiescent current of 2.4 μA, so it is well-suited tobattery-powered applications. It is fully specifiedover a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C (TJ).
