The AWM6268 meets the stringent linearity andoutput power requirements of Mobile WiMAX and LTEconsumer products. The device is manufactured onan advanced InGaP HBT MMIC technology offeringstate-of-the-art reliability, temperature stability, andruggedness. A shutdown mode with low leakagecurrent increases talk and standby time, and anintegrated step attenuator enables gain control. Theself-contained 4 mm x 4 mm x 1 mm surface mountpackage incorporates matching networks optimized foroutput power, efficiency, and linearity in a 50 Ω system.
