The AWB7129 is a highly linear, fully matched, poweramplifier module designed for picocell, femtocell, andcustomer premises equipment (CPE) applications.Its high power efficiency and low adjacent channelpower levels meet the extremely demanding needsof small cell infrastructure architectures. Designed forLTE, WCDMA, HSDPA air interfaces operating in the925 MHz to 960 MHz band, the AWB7129 deliversup to +24.5 dBm of LTE (E-TM1.1) power with anACPR of -47 dBc. It operates from a convenient+4.2 V supply and provides 30 dB of gain. Thedevice is manufactured using an advanced InGaPHBT MMIC technology offering state-of-the-artreliability, temperature stability, and ruggedness.The self-contained 7 mm x 7 mm x 1.3 mm surfacemount package incorporates RF matching networksoptimized for output power, efficiency, and linearity ina 50 Ω system.
