The AW9963 is dual-channel WLED driver whichprovides highly integrated solutions for single-cellLi-ion battery powered smartphone backlight.The AW9963 built-in a 2A/40V power MOSFETwhich can drive up to 2p10s WLED diodes with Li-ion battery power supply. It also integrates two highaccuracy and matching current sink regulatorswhich can significantly improve uniformity ofbacklight, very low feedback voltage and PFMmode at light load bring AW9963 higher efficiency.The AW9963 supports 10kHz to 100kHz PWM inputrange, can provide low to 0.1% stable current.The AW9963 integrates built-in soft start, as well asovervoltage, overcurrent, and thermal shutdownprotections.
