描述 Description

AW87567 is an upgraded high efficiency, low noise, low power consumption, constant large volume Smart K audio amplifier.
AW87567 integrates AWINIC’s proprietary Triple-Level Triple-Rate AGC audio algorithm, effectively eliminating music noise and improving sound quality and volume.
AW87567 integrates AWINIC’s proprietary Smart Adaptive Boost with efficiency up to 90% , itgreatly improves efficiency at small signal, Overall efficiency up to 87% when output power is 0.5W.
AW87567 noise floor is as low as to 25μV at speaker mode, with 108dB high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). It has super volume receiver mode, it can deliver 490mW output power into an 8Ω speaker at 9μV noise.
AW87567 supports speaker and receiver 2-in-1 application. Quiescent current is 5mA when VDD is equal to 3.6V. In the receiver mode, its ultra-low noise is 7μV. Class D receiver also has high PSRR performance to completely suppress TDD-noise.
AW87567 built-in over current protection, over temperature protection and short circuit protection function, effectively protect the chip.
AW87567 is available in a FCQFN 2.0mm X3.0mm X 0.55mm-20L package.
