描述 Description

AW3210A is a highly integrated Li-Ion batterycharger. AW3210A continuously detects the inputvoltage, if VIN exceeds the threshold voltage andlasts longer than 100ns, the internal powerP-MOSFET turned off, CHRIN pulled down.AW3210A Built-in current limiting protection circuit,the charging current is limited to a safe range.AW3210A possesses the specific K-ChargeTM  technology, the output current can be adjustedsmartly according to the chip temperature toensure safety during the entire charging process.AW3210A integrates the charging P-MOSFET,eliminating  the  need  for  external  chargingP-MOSFET and Schottky Diode among a phonecharging system. And the reverse current blockingfunction has been designed in AW3210A, when theCHRIN voltage drops below the OUT, chargingP-MOSFET turned off, preventing current drainingfrom the lithium-ion battery into AW3210A.AW3210A is available in DFN 3mm×3mm-10L package.
