描述 Description

The SAMA5D4 series is a high-performance,ultra-low-power ARM Cortex-A5 processor-based MPU.  The Cortex-A5 runs up to 600MHz and featuresthe ARM NEON SIMD engine, a 128KB L2 cache and a floating-point unit.  It supports multiple memories, including DDR2and LPDDR2.  It integrates powerfulperipherals for connectivity:  dual 10/100EMACs, 3 HS USB ports, 2 SDIO/SD/MMC, 8 UARTs; and for user interfaceapplications:  TFT LCD controller, touchcontroller, 720p hardware video decoder (H264, VP8, MPEG4) on the D43 and D44 derivatives, and a CMOS sensor (camera)interface.  These devices offer advancedsecurity functions to protect customer code and secure external data transferssuch as:  ARM TrustZone, tamper detectionpins, a hardware encryption engine supporting AES, 3DES, as well assecure Hash Algorithm (SHA) and True Random Number Generator (TRNG), securedata storage for private keys, on-the-fly decryption of code stored in externalDDR and a secure boot loader.  Thesedevices come with a free main-lined Linux distribution.
