描述 Description

The Broadcom® ASCQxx60 series is a PLCC-4 package with a 3.5 mm x 3.15 mm footprint. The LEDs are made with an advanced optical grade epoxy for superior performance in outdoor sign applications. The black outer appearance enables better display contrast without sacrificing the brightness. To facilitate easy pick-and-place assembly, the LEDs are packed in tape and reel form. Every reel is shipped in single intensity and color bin to ensure uniformity.
