描述 Description
The AS89010 processes via charge-balance method and converts lowest photocurrents at high accuracy. Its full-scale range can be customized to specific applications. Sensitivity of 20 fA/LSB at a dynamic of 1 to 1,000,000. The IC is temperature compensated and features the possibility of external synchronization.

• 16-bit (internal 20 bit) digital serial output
• Dynamic range 1: 1.000.000 (in combination with AS73210)
• 16-bit/400kHz fast I²C interface with programmable slave addresses
• Automatic power down (sleep function)
• Scaling the internal 20-bit per shifter on 16-bit output
• Temperature compensation on chip
