描述 Description
AR25-AC25 is a calibration solution for Broadcom’s AR25 series smart reflective absolute encoders.The AR25 encoder ASIC, when subjected to assembly misalignment, may report high accuracy error. Depending on the mounting condition, typical factors which contribute to the accuracy error are: motor shaft radial run out, encoder code wheel-to-hub eccentricity, and hub-to-motor shaft eccentricity.The AR25 Once-Around-Correction (OAC) feature compensates the mounting assembly error electronically and ease the encoder manufacturing process.This Accuracy Calibration Station is developed as a reference design and tool to enable customers to perform accuracy calibration on AR25 encoders, to the required optimum accuracy performance.
