General Description

The APL5901/2 is micropower, low noise, low dropout linear regulator. Operate from 2.7V to 6V input voltage and deliver up to 900mA. Typical output noise is just 50mVRMS with the addition of an external 0.1mF bypass capacitor in BP pin and typical dropout voltage is only 210mV at 900mA loading. Designed for use in battery-powered system, the low 50mA quiescent current makes it an ideal choice.
