描述 Description

The APL3537 is an ultra-low on-resistance, power-distribution switch with internal soft start control. The device is an N-channel MOSFET which needs only one input voltage from 0.95V to 5.5V. Built in internal charge pump function biases the N-MOS switch to achieve a minimum switch on-resistance. The APL3537 can be enabled by other power system. Pulling and holding the EN pin below 0.4V shuts off the output. The device is available in lead free WLCSP 0.9x1.4-6 package.
