描述 Description

The AP1150AEUXX and AP1150ADSXX are LDO regulator IC with On/Off control, which can supply 200mA load current.
The AP1150AEUXX achieves miniaturization to 1.8 × 2.2 × 0.6 mm while maintaining low output noise performance of AP1150ADSXX. In addition, the AP1150AEUXX has significantly improved heat dissipation by adopting a package with a heat dissipation pad on the bottom surface, (Power Dissipation is 3 times higher than the AP1150ADSXX)
