描述 Description

The AP1019BEC is a 2ch H-Bridge motor driver compatible with operating voltage 9V. It has four drive modes of forward rotation, reverse rotation, brake, and standby, and it can be set to input logic suitable for PWM drive at SEL terminal. In addition, the AP1019 can input PWM drive frequency up to 1 MHz, suppresses the ripple of the drive current, and makes it possible to quiet the motor drive sound. N-ch LDMOS FETs were placed on the high-side and low-side drivers of theoutput stage, and the compact WLCSP package was applied. It is equipped with a low voltage detection circuit and overheat protection circuit as a protection circuit, and is suitable for driving various small motors.
