描述 Description
The AMT49502 is an 80V rated half-bridge gate driver that can operate in both 12V and 48V systems with a 5.5V to 80V operational rating. Offering advanced diagnostics and verification features, this IC allows customers to develop solutions with common software and PCB footprint for both 12V and 48V systems. Targeted at high-efficiency starter generator applications and other high-performance actuators, the AMT49502 provides detailed diagnostics and flexible I/O voltage compatibility to simplify integration and ASIL compliance.
The AMT49502 is supplied in a 24-lead eTSSOP (suffix LP).
