应用 Application

Product OverviewAL7230S is a highly integrated RF transceiver IC for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz dual-band 802.11a/b/g applications. It embeds all circuitry required to implement the RF subsystem, including the receiver with on-chip dual-band LNA, transmitter with on-chip dual-band PA, VCO, frequency synthesizer, channel filters and variable gain amplifiers in order to minimize the use of external components. A power-on calibration procedure is established to correct the TX DC offset and filters mismatch. AL7230S is housed in a 56-pin QFN package. Key Features
