描述 Description
The ADPL13602 is a high-efficiency, synchronous stepdownDC-DC converter with integrated MOSFETsoperating over an input-voltage range of 3.5V to 36V. Itcan deliver up to 2.4A current. Output voltage isprogrammable from 1V up to 90% of VIN. Built-incompensation across the output-voltage rangeeliminates the need for external compensationcomponents.
The ADPL13602 features a peak-current-mode controlarchitecture. The ADPL13602 can be operated in forcedpulse-width modulation (PWM) or discontinuousconductionmode (DCM) to enable high efficiency underfull-load and light-load conditions. The ADPL13602offers a low minimum on-time that allows highswitching frequencies and a smaller solution size.
The feedback-voltage regulation accuracy over -40°C to+125°C is ±1.5%. The device is available in a 16-pin (3mmx 3mm) TQFN-EP package. Simulation models areavailable.
