高精度ANYCAP®双通道低压差线性稳压器

ADP3302属于ADP330X系列精密微功耗低压差anyCAP®稳压器。ADP3302集成两个完全独立的100 mA稳压器，带独立关断和融合误差输出。它具有1.4%总输出精度和极低的120 mV典型值压差。\n\n ADP3302具有+3 V至+12 V宽输入电压范围，其错误标志可在任意一个稳压器即将进入非稳压状态时发出信号。它具有短路电流保护和热关断功能。\n\nADP3302采用增强型引脚框架设计，无任何外部散热片的情况下，+70°C环境温度时的最大功耗为630 mW，室温时为1.0 W。\n\nanyCAP®是ADI公司的注册商标。
