描述 Description

The ADDC02803SC and ADDC02805SA hybrid dc/dcconverters with integral EMI filters offer the highest powerdensity of any dc/dc converter with their features and in theirpower range available today. The converters with integral EMIfilters are fixed frequency, 1 MHz square wave switching dc/dcpower supplies. They are not variable frequency resonantconverters. In addition to many protection features, theseconverters have system level features that allow them to be usedas components in larger systems as well as stand-alone powersupplies. The units are designed for high reliability and highperformance applications where saving space and/or weight arecritical. The ADDC02803SC and ADDC02805SA are available inthree screening grades; all grades use a hermetically sealed,molybdenum based hybrid package. Contact factory forMIL-STD-883 device availability.
