The Broadcom® Automotive Optocoupler Smart Gate Driver features integrated flyback controller for isolated DC-DC converter, IGBT desaturation sensing with soft-shutdown protection and fault feedback, under voltage lockout with feedback, and active Miller current clamping. The fast propagation delay with excellent timing skew performance enables excellent timing control and efficiency. This full feature optocoupler comes in a compact, surface-mountable SO-24 package with 0.8-mm pitch for space-savings, and is suitable for HEV and EV applications.Broadcom R2Coupler™ isolation products provide reinforced insulation and reliability that deliver safe signal isolation critical in automotive and high-temperature industrial applications.
