描述 Description

\tThe AAT7105 series are fast-transient-response low dropout linear regulators. The device provides 500mA of output current with a dropout voltage of 400mV. The supply current at no-load is 200µA. A thermal shutdown protection circuit is built-in in the AAT7105. The AAT7105 regulators are stable with output capacitors as low as 3.3µF. In addition, the devices are available in 0.8V to 1.8V with 0.1V per step, 1.25V, 3.0V and 3.3V fixed output voltages. The AAT7105 can come in SOT23-3, SOT89-3L, SOT223, TO92-3L, TO252-3L and SC70-3L packages.
