A96G174 is an advanced CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 8 Kbytes of Flash. This powerful microcontroller provides a highly flexible and cost effective solution to many embedded control applications. The product offers the following features : 8 Kbytes of Flash, 256 Bytes of iRAM, 256 Bytes of xRAM, general purpose I/O, basic interval timer, WDT, 8/16-bit timer/counter, 16-bit PPG output, 8-bit PWM output, USART, I2C, 12-bit ADC, on-chip POR, LVR, LVI, on-chip oscillator and clock circuitry. A96G174 also supports power saving modes to reduce power consumption.
