The 74AHCT1G07Q is an automotive compliant single buffer gate with an open drain output. The device is designed for operation with a power supply range of 4.5V to 5.5V. The open-drain output can be connectedto other open drain outputs to implement active-low wired-OR or active high wired-AND functions.
