The 74AHC1G07Q is an automotive compliant single buffer gate withan open drain output. The device is designed for operation with a powersupply range of 2.0V to 5.5V. The open-drain output can be connectedto other open drain outputs to implement active-low wired-OR or active high wired-AND functions.
