FAST SWITCHING TYPES MILITARY - AEROSPACE

These are passivated planar PNPN controlled switches, available in both TO-18 and TO-46 standard packages, intended for use in military and space applications requiring a high degree of reliability. They offer a unique combination of extremely fast switching, high pulse power, small size, intrinsic parameter stability, and improved radiation tolerance.
