描述 Description
The UTC 13N40K-MT is an N-channel mode power MOSFETusing UTC’ s advanced technology to provide customers withplanar stripe and DMOS technology. This technology specializes inallowing a minimum on-state resistance and superior switchingperformance. It also can withstand high energy pulse in theavalanche and commutation mode.The UTC 13N40K-MT is universally applied in electronic lampballast based on half bridge topology and high efficient switchedmode power supply.
