描述 Description
The UTC 12N65-CBQ is a N-channel mode power MOSFETusing UTC’s advanced technology to provide customers with planar stripe and DMOS technology. This technology allows a minimum on-state resistance and superior switching performance. It also can withstand high energy pulse in the avalanche and commutation mode. This power MOSFET is usually used at high speed switching applications in power supplies, PWM motor controls, high efficient DC to DC converters and bridge circuits.
