描述 Description

The AT-10SFA/17LP/AC/MM/FC is a -26 dBm sensitivity, differential-output receiver module for OC-192 / STM-64 transmission system receive applications up to 11.3 Gb/s. It couples a high responsivity (0.6 A/W), back-illuminated APD photodiode, usable from 1250 nm to 1650 nm, with a transimpedance gain stage of 1400 V/A. This combination produces a receiver with a 8.9 GHz bandwidth and conversion gain of 1870 V/WP-P.The differential-output module is offered in a 17-pin MSA package with multimode fiber input and the output is available either AC- or DC-coupled. The receiver meets Telcordia GR-468 qualification standards.
