XC6222	文件：300 bytes Page：1 Pages	700mA高速LDO电压稳压器 XC6222系列产品是实现了高精度,低噪声,高纹波除去率,低压差,低消耗电流的高速LDO电压稳压器。内部由基准电压源,误差放大器,驱动晶体管,电流限制电路,过热保护电路,相位补偿电路等构成。\n\n 给CE端子输入低电平能使IC成待机状态。待机状态时，由VOUT端子-VSS端子之间的内部开关能使稳定输出用电容(CL)的充电电荷放电。此放电功能可使VOUT端子高速地返回VSS电位。\n\n 内置了过电流保护电路和过热保护电路，当输出电流达到限定电流或结温度达到限定温度时，保护电路将开始工作。 ·输入输出电压差：120mV@IOUT=300mA(VOUT(T)=3.0V)\n·工作电压范围：1.7V～6.0V\n·输出电压：0.8V～5.0V(0.05V间隔)\n·高精度：±1%,VOUT>2.0V,±0.02 VOUT≧2.0V)\n·低消耗电流：100μA\n·待机电流：0.1μA以下\n·高纹波抑制：65dB@1kHz\n·工作温度范围：-40℃～85℃\n·输出电容：陶瓷电容;	Torex 特瑞仕	Torex
