The R3111 Series are CMOS-based 10V input voltage detector ICs that can operate at low voltage. R3111 is a simple voltage detector without an internal delay circuit. The output types are Nch open drain \"L\" output, Nch open drain \"H\" output and CMOS output. • Operating Voltage Range (Maximum Rating)：0.7 V to 10.0 V (12.0 V)；\n• Detector Threshold Range：0.9 V to 6.0 V (0.1V steps)；\n• Temperature-Drift Coefficient of Detector Threshold：Typ. ±100 ppm/°C；\n• Packages：SON1612-6, SC-82AB, SC-88A, SOT-23-3, SOT-23-5, SOT-89；;
