32抽头、非易失、I²C、线性数字电位器

MAX5432–MAX5435是非易失、线性变化数字电位器，能够以简单的2线串行接口替代机械装置，并实现机械电位器的功能。每款器件都可以实现分立电位器或可变电阻的功能，并具有32个抽头点。\n\n MAX5432–MAX5435具有内部、非易失、电可擦除的可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)，该存储器在上电时将滑动端恢复到上次存储的位置。快速模式I²C兼容的串行接口可以实现最高400kbps的数据通信速率，同时大大减小电路板的尺寸并降低连线复杂程度。每个器件都提供四个工厂预设的I²C地址之一(见完整数据资料中的Ordering Information/Selector Guide)。\n • 细小的3mm x 3mm 8引脚TDFN与6引脚薄型SOT23封装\n• 上电时从非易失存储器中恢复滑动端位置\n• 35ppm/°C端到端电阻温度系数\n• 5ppm/°C比例温度系数\n• 50kΩ/100kΩ电阻值\n• 快速400kbps I²C兼容串口\n• 500nA (典型值)静态电源电流\n• +2.7V至+5.25V单电源工作\n• 32抽头位置\n• ±0.15 LSB INL (典型值)，±0.15 LSB DNL (典型值);
